RMA Procedures

The following process will assist you in completing an RMA request to return defective product for replacement and/or repair. A RMA Request form is available below. Once the form is submitted, a DNS Technology Support Team member will promptly contact you via email.

Please read before proceeding

You MUST obtain an RMA number before returning your product to DNS Technology. Any item that is sent back COD or without RMA number will be rejected.  You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your item back to the service site we designate. If you have any questions regarding the RMA procedures, please contact us via service@dns-tech.com.
This RMA service is only provided to customers who purchased their product through DNS Technology. And this service is only available within the USA due to import/export restraints. Product purchased outside the USA must be returned through the company from which it was purchased. This online RMA process is for replacement/repair of defective displays only.
