Return Policy

At DNS Technology, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, DNS Technology will accept returns within 10 days of your purchase date. DNS Technology must be notified of all returns before shipping item back. You will be issued a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number at that time.

Please read below before proceeding:

  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all cables and accessories.
  • DNS Technology reserves the right to refuse refund if the product is not in its original box and in new condition. DNS Technology reserves the right to refuse refund if there any signs of damage or anything else that would be construed as used. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
  • Any item that is not boxed correctly in it’s original package and arrives damaged are non refundable.  

You are responsible for all shipping costs and insurance associated with getting your order back to the warehouse we designate. Any item that is shipped COD and without RMA number will be rejected.

A restocking fee of 20% may apply to certain order items.

  • To obtain the RMA number, please contact DNS Technology at 215-470-1603, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, Eastern Time. A Customer Service team member will provide you with a Return Merchandize Authorization Form and shipping address. Or simply go to the following link to fill out RMA request form.
  • Pack your return securely, in the original package, include your Return Authorization Form and write your RMA number on packing slip.  And please DO NOT write RMA number on outside of box.

Note: We reserve the right to research for the original purchase, and to limit or decline refunds. Refunds will not be given on clearance, discontinued, and holiday/seasonal merchandise (i.e., product no longer available). Lost or damaged merchandise returned are NOT replaceable.
